Burton's Food Pantry

Over the course of years, Burton's Food Pantry has provided food and groceries to thousands of Upper Keys residents in their times of need.  We have been so fortunate to have had the continued support of countless individuals who make regular donations to this much needed service for our community.

We would also like to thank the following businesses for their contributions:

United Way
Publix
U.S. Postal Service Donation
Cheeca Lodge
Coldwell Bankers Schmitt Charitable Foundation
Tavernier Volunteer Fire Department

Our food pantry is always in need of replenishment.  Please remember that we have a canned food collection located in the Narthex of the church every Sunday at the 10:30 am and 7:00 pm services . Help restock our food pantry by bringing canned and dry goods to put in the collection basket.

We are in need of volunteers to work our food pantry on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Thank you to all of our current volunteers

The job responsiblities are to prepare meal bags and present them to people arriving for food assistance. We need a minimum of two people each day. If you are interested in helping with this essential community ministry, please contact our Administrative Assitant: Tiffany Katz at 852-2581 or tlk_bmumc@bellsouth.net
